Contractors
The following guidelines are applicable to contractors (e.g., construction, repair, maintenance, and service industry).For a VOH community map and additional information (as of 03/2026), view our VOH Brochure.
Work must be performed in a “workmanlike manner” and conform to governmental and utility regulations including but not limited to Currituck County Code of Ordinances and Currituck County Unified Development Ordinance.
VOH Declarations require all Owners report all construction activities to The Villages at Ocean Hill (VOH), and obtain preapproval for external changes to the design, appearance, use, and location of all Structures and Improvements on property Lots.

- Environmental Policies & Procedures (EP&P)
- NOTE: Effective January 1, 2026, Members must submit EP&P Requests via Engage, the owner portal. Please follow the updated EP&P instructions on how and where to submit requests. The EP&P has been amended and adopted to account for changes on how requests are submitted online via Engage by the Board of Directors on December 31, 2025.
