House ImageThe following guidelines are applicable to all prospective buyers, closing agents, and real estate professionals (including Realtors and Property Managers).

The 2025 annual assessment dues for all lots is $2,360 effective January 1, 2025. Assessment dues are subject to change.

Per our Environmental Policies and Procedures (Section 8.4.20.7.2 For Sale/Rent Signs):
 
  • One “For Sale” Yard Sign is allowed while the Lot is promoted as being for Sale. One “For Rent” sign is allowed if the Lot is advertising a long-term lease (12 months or greater). Signs must be removed within 24 hours of sale, closing, or lease execution.
 
  • One “Open House” notification on the Lot may be posted no more than 5 days prior and on the day of the open house but removed immediately after the open house. Additional signage is allowed only during the event and while a salesperson is present providing it is removed at the end of the event:
    • One “Open House” Flag or Banner on the Lot. 
    • Open House directional (“arrow”) signs guiding prospective buyers to the street address only at roadway intersections leading to the house address from NC 12. 
 
  • Yard, For Sale, and For Rent signs should not exceed 2 feet wide by 18 inches high (Section 8.4.20.7.1 Display Restrictions).
