The following guidelines are applicable to all prospective buyers, closing agents, and real estate professionals (including Realtors and Property Managers).

The 2025 annual assessment dues for all lots is expected to be $2,360 effective January 1, 2025.

- One “For Sale” sign is permitted for any lot with an active listing. Sign shall not exceed 6 inches high by 24 inches wide and shall be no higher than 2 feet above ground grade. The sign must be set back 5 feet from both roadway and adjacent lots.
- Limited “Open House” signs and banners are permitted only when a salesperson is on the premises during the open house hours. Signs must be typical yard sign sized and mounted in the ground. Banner must not exceed 6 feet above ground grade. Two “Open House” signs are permitted at intersections directing traffic to the lot for sale. One sign OR banner is permitted on the lot for sale. All must be set back 5 feet from both roadway and adjacent lots.
