Reservation Instructions
Please review the following instructions. The reservation tool enables you to make an online reservation to use the Fitness Center and Racquet Courts (e.g., Tennis and Pickleball Courts). A reservation is not required for use of the swimming pools. For additional details and the location of the Fitness Center and Sports Complex, see our VOH Brochure.
- Fitness Center reservations can only be scheduled 7 days in advance.
- Scheduling a reservation for the Fitness Center is not required nor guaranteed. The Fitness Center has an occupancy limit of 32 users.
- Tennis and Pickleball Court sessions are limited to one hour per court, and reservations can only be scheduled 2 days in advance.
- If a reservation is canceled prior to its scheduled start time, that time slot will then become available to another user.
- Payment (cash, check, or credit card (Mastercard/Visa) accepted) for use of an amenity (where a fee applies) can be made in person at the Fitness Center during business hours.
- A confirmation email for your reservation will be sent to you at the email address you provide.
- Appointments can also be made in person at the Fitness Center or by calling the Fitness Center staff at (252) 453-9604 during business hours.

Upon selecting Online Reservations below, you will be redirected to our online scheduling tool. You will be provided additional instructions and amenity rules. You may also call the Fitness Center at (252) 453-9604 to make a reservation during business hours.
Fitness Center Hours of Operation:
- In-Season: 7:00am – 5:00pm (ET) daily (Saturday Memorial Day Weekend through Monday Labor Day)
- Off-Season: 7:00am – 2:00pm (ET) daily, Monday through Saturday; closed Sundays (all other dates)
- Closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day
- Closes at Noon (ET): Christmas Eve and New Years Eve
